Coaching
What’s really holding you back?
Lack of skill isn’t what blocks most leaders. It’s beliefs, habits that once worked, reactions you don’t quite see yourself. They shape how you decide, how you connect and how you lead. This one-to-one coaching is about finding and addressing them.
Who it’s for
You sense that the real issue sits beneath the one you’re describing, and you want to get to it.
You’re ready for a real change, not a quick fix, and willing to look at where it starts.

Close, not distant
I work from Professional Closeness: close enough to see what’s really going on, sharp enough to tell you. You get a sparring partner with an opinion, not a mirror.
It goes deep: into your purpose, ambitions, beliefs, and the patterns that get in your way. Everything stays confidential, even if your organization is paying.
How it works
01
Intake
A first conversation about what you want to address. If coaching isn’t the answer, I’ll say so.
02
Feedback
I collect 360 feedback from key peers and stakeholders so your coaching goals reflect real operational impact. For a more detailed diagnostic baseline, we can add an Assessment Light.
03
Sessions
90-minute sessions, in person or remote. The plan is tuned to your personal or professional goals, and so are its length and rhythm.
Three pillars
Recognize
What holds you back, including the parts you’d rather not look at.
Integrate
New, more effective practices, in how you lead and how you live.
Restore
Balance and connection: with yourself, and with the people who matter.
In their words
“When Govert is listening intently, you know he’s about to share some spot-on insights that will transform your thoughts. You can be sure he will also help you find the tools you need to subsequently transform your behavior.”
