Short version: this site doesn’t track you. I only have your details if you give them to me.

Who I am

This site is run by Time To Grow B.V. (Govert van Sandwijk), Oude Woudenbergse Zandweg 11a, 3707 AM Zeist, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce no. 30217276. For anything about your data: govert@timetogrowglobal.com.

What I collect, and why

When you email, WhatsApp or call me: your name, contact details and what you write. I use them to answer you and, if we work together, to do that work.

When you subscribe to the Professional Closeness Digest: your name and email address, to send you the Digest. Every edition has an unsubscribe link.

When you book a call: the details you enter in the booking tool, to schedule and hold the call.

When you visit this site: anonymous statistics such as pages viewed, country and device type. No cookies, no identifiers, nothing that tells me who you are.

Who else handles it

Framer (hosting and statistics), Kit (the Digest), Calendly (booking calls), WhatsApp (if you message me there) and my email provider. Some of them are based outside the EU and work under the EU’s standard safeguards for that. I don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else.

On what basis

Because you asked for something (a reply, the Digest, a call), because we have an agreement, or because the law requires it, for example for invoices.

How long I keep it

Correspondence: as long as needed to help you, and no longer than two years after our last contact. The Digest: until you unsubscribe. Invoices and contract records: seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how I use it. Email me. I usually reply within a couple of days, and always within the legal limit of one month. If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
