Retreats

Once a year, your whole team in one place.
Make it count.

Once a year, your whole team in one place.
Make it count.

These two or three days are custom-designed for one team and the questions you’re facing, so your annual retreat becomes the moment you step back. You leave with fewer open issues than you came with, and with people who’ve said what they think.

In two or three days, you will:

Align

On what matters most. Said out loud, not assumed.

Rebuild

Trust and connection. Enough of it to disagree openly, not afterwards in the corridor.

Decide

Together, with names attached.

Gain traction

Something has moved when you look back a few months later.

How it works

01

Intake

A conversation with you, then one with each member of your team. What they tell me shapes the design.

02

Design

One program, built for your team and what you’re dealing with. Proven methods, never a cookie-cutter program.

03

The days

High touch, low tech. Floor cards, walls, flipcharts, the outdoors.

04

After

I usually come back for a follow-up, so that your decisions become actions. If you want more: individual coaching for team members, or quarterly team check-ins. Or make it the start of a series of sessions with your team →

Focus

Trust and how your team works together, strategy and direction, execution, or the mix your team needs

Group

A leadership or executive team

Language

Dutch or English

Leadership team on a carousel walk along the beach, talking in pairs

What it isn’t

Not a team-building day.

No rope courses, no deck to sit through, no program copied from another company. If you want your team to have a pleasant two days and change nothing, this is the wrong format. I’ll tell you so on our first call.

In their words

“I thoroughly enjoyed working closely together with Govert in building & developing my leadership teams in 2 different regions. […] On top of that he is a great facilitator.”

Jelle Nederstigt, former Regional Manager, Worley

“Govert knows how to connect and challenge thinking styles while also having fun.”

Seth Winterscheidt, CFO & Group Managing Director, Numidia
